Plans for the annual Columbia Corporate Dance-Off are in motion. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri, and our friends at Socket, will be visiting businesses during the weekdays prior to June 21 for an hour crammed with entertainment for employees. Businesses provide the space, we provide the fun! Each business will be able to enter up to six employees to battle it out in our team building dance-off. We'll bring all necessary supplies to make this preliminary party fun for all! Experienced gamers and first-timers alike are welcome to participate.

How the competition will work:
Dance Central is a music video game for the Xbox 360 that utilizes the Kinect motion peripheral. During the scheduled preliminary party, a group practice round will allow employees to learn the dance moves with our instructors. Selected players will compete in a head-to-head dance routine battle. Points are tallied by the system based on performance. The person with the highest score at each party is the champ. Players with the four highest scores overall will compete at the finale to be crowned ultimate champion.

Sponsorship information and online registration will be available soon!
